The new version of the book was published on September 9, 2020. This provides a comprehensive overview of the May 18 democratic uprising. 

Asian Human Rights Charter was proclaimed in 1989 and the Foundation enacted Asian Declaration for the Rights to Justice, the Rights to Peace, and the Rights to Cluture in 2018 for promoting the human rights in Asia.
